My Past experience?
Last year when I did my Film Opening task I didn't write a professional looking script rather used Microsoft Word to write it. But however this year I challenged myself and wanted to write a industry standard script.
Research on Screenwriting
As a filmmaker I learn most of the stuffs from YouTube and did the same thing for screenwriting too. I watched a lot of videos on YouTube and learnt the formatting, language and other conventions of screenwriting.
