Shoot Schedule
There was not much of a schedule that was made particularly for this shoot, maybe because we all had finished shooting at the same spot the previous night and we had slept on the set. So just before the cast and crew went to bed, I informed them about the timing that they will need to be ready in the morning. I told them to be wake up at 5.30 am and be ready by 6 am max so that once the light came in, we could start shooting. I planned to wake up by 5 and make sure everything was right.
Challenges Faced
There was one mistake I did while informing everyone about the timing, I forgot to see the sunrise time even though I had written it down in my previous schedule. On the 21st of Dec, the sunrise was at 6.26 am and I had informed my crew to wake up at 5.30 am max and be ready by 6 am max. I had also gotten up at 5 am as I planned to but eventually, all of us had to wait another 40-50 mins after 6 am for the sunlight to come. Yes, the crew was not happy about it either and I was on the wrong side.
Other than that the shoot went smoothly without any issues arising, which was good. The reason for not many issues arising could be because of the controlled environment and may be because we were a small team of three, so there was not much miscommunication. The number of shots were also fewer for the morning scene, which allowed us to shoot quickly and go home.
Below are a few pictures of the morning shoot.
